When the Sisters of Providence first arrived in Camrose in 1924, it was because of their strong faith and persistence, and the generosity of the people of this community that they were able to build the hospital and provide compassionate, holistic quality care to the sick. Though health care needs have changed, the desire to continue this exceptional ministry has not. This philosophy of care continues under the new sponsorship of the Alberta Catholic Health Corporation.

Although East Central Health provides funding to operate the hospital, additional funds are required to purchase needed capital equipment. Your contributions will help us meet your health care needs.

The St. Mary's Hospital, Camrose Foundation has been established to receive and manage all donations and gifts.  Grants and donations are used for capital expenditures only, and are not directed to operational costs.

Donations may be taken directly to the hospital and can be in the form of cash, personal cheque, MasterCard or Visa. Also, donations can be mailed to the address below. Tax deductible donation receipts are provided for all contributions. Cheques should be made payable to St. Mary's Hospital, Camrose Foundation
